Ranging from a meditative and restorative Yin Yoga session or Sound Healing, to a sweaty Hatha Class that builds strength and technique, or to a high intensity Ashtanga class, Zumba, or Tabata session, there is something for each individual, depending on what you feel, on that day.

Our instructors are capable of introducing various different styles of activities to you so that you can experience a full range of styles, to maximize your mind, body, and soul experience. 


Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga (The Eight-limbed Yoga) is a traditional form of yoga practice conducted mainly in Sanskrit and there is a standard sequence to be performed by. The Primary Series is known as "Yoga Chikitsa" or "Yoga Therapy". The aim of this sequence is to remove any obvious physical issues that may prevent you from having a healthy body. This class is very energetic and involves strength, flexibility, balance and cardio.

Hatha Yoga

Ranging from gentle and slow flows to poses that requires strength and flexibility. A Hatha Yoga Class is an all inclusive class so to speak, consisting of the practice of physical yoga postures, breathing methods, mantra chanting and meditation.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body - the ligaments joints, bones and deep fascia. In this slow paced class, asanas (postures) are held for 2 to 5mins, working mainly the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Yin Yoga can improve energy flow and enhance the flow of Chi/Prana in the organs.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. One of the main differences between yoga and Pilates is that yoga can be used for improving the flexibility of the body and joints. Pilates focuses on trying to relax yet strengthen tense muscles

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

Kids Yoga is yoga structured in a fun, interactive and engaging way so that children may reap the benefits of yoga.

In the modern world, children are leading increasingly competitive and stressful lives. They have to juggle the pressures of excelling in their studies and attend a myriad of enrichment courses. While children may be motivated to strive harder, the hectic schedules and endless emphasis on obtaining good results may place undue stress on them.

Are you looking for a short and effective workout AND have fun at the same time? Then Tabata style training with Pooja is exactly what you need.

Join us for a 30 minute bodyweight Tabata training where we will together take on this exciting high intensity interval training based workout.

Tabata training is known to raise metabolism and heart rate improving both aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels.
