Ranging from a meditative and restorative Yin Yoga session or Sound Healing, to a sweaty Hatha Class that builds strength and technique, or to a high intensity Ashtanga class, Zumba, or Tabata session, there is something for each individual, depending on what you feel, on that day.

Our instructors are capable of introducing various different styles of activities to you so that you can experience a full range of styles, to maximize your mind, body, and soul experience. 


Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga (The Eight-limbed Yoga) is a traditional form of yoga practice conducted mainly in Sanskrit and there is a standard sequence to be performed by. The Primary Series is known as "Yoga Chikitsa" or "Yoga Therapy". The aim of this sequence is to remove any obvious physical issues that may prevent you from having a healthy body. This class is very energetic and involves strength, flexibility, balance and cardio.

Hatha Yoga

Ranging from gentle and slow flows to poses that requires strength and flexibility. A Hatha Yoga Class is an all inclusive class so to speak, consisting of the practice of physical yoga postures, breathing methods, mantra chanting and meditation.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues of the body - the ligaments joints, bones and deep fascia. In this slow paced class, asanas (postures) are held for 2 to 5mins, working mainly the lower part of the body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. Yin Yoga can improve energy flow and enhance the flow of Chi/Prana in the organs.

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. One of the main differences between yoga and Pilates is that yoga can be used for improving the flexibility of the body and joints. Pilates focuses on trying to relax yet strengthen tense muscles

Chair Yoga for Elderly

For seniors who are looking for a safe, effective way to enhance their physical health and overall wellness, the stretching, breathing, and meditation practices of yoga can be a great solution. In fact, as you will see, doing yoga regularly can result in a host of benefits for older adults, from greater flexibility and improved balance to lower stress and better sleep.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga focuses on poses for pregnant women, in order to increase strength and flexibility. It also helps pregnant women to develop proper breathing and relaxation techniques for easier and more comfortable labor.

Kids Yoga

Kids Yoga is yoga structured in a fun, interactive and engaging way so that children may reap the benefits of yoga.

In the modern world, children are leading increasingly competitive and stressful lives. They have to juggle the pressures of excelling in their studies and attend a myriad of enrichment courses. While children may be motivated to strive harder, the hectic schedules and endless emphasis on obtaining good results may place undue stress on them.

We provide a nurturing and non-competitive environment to relax and play, while at the same time developing their physical, physiological and psychological abilities through yoga.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks) in order to relax your mind and body. Some proponents also believe it can relieve certain ailments, including anxiety and insomnia.

Power Yoga

This form of yoga is designed specifically to improve muscle strength and cardio endurance. The poses are challenging, and you move quickly from one pose to another, making it a fast paced and intense practice. It provides a full body physical workout and is an excellent form of yoga for burning calories. This form of yoga is similar to an aerobics workout and is suitable for students who are looking for a fast-paced practice, to have a good sweat.

Acroyoga is a fusion of yoga and acrobatics. This form of yoga is a partnered activity where you share your practice with others, to play, support, move, and fall together, creating trust and connection. 

This practice is fun, and suitable for team building and corporate retreats to build trust within each other.

Tabata with Pooja

Are you looking for a short and effective workout AND have fun at the same time? Then Tabata style training with Pooja is exactly what you need.

Join us for a 30 minute bodyweight Tabata training where we will together take on this exciting high intensity interval training based workout.

Tabata training is known to raise metabolism and heart rate improving both aerobic and anaerobic fitness levels.

All you need is 30 minutes of focus,  some space and most importantly the willingness to challenge yourself and have loads of fun with it !!
