After severely spraining his back in 2004, Marcus was told by an orthopaedic surgeon to not participate in strenuous activities for the next 12 months. 12months turned to 12years as inertia set in. With an intense work & travel schedule, unrestrained food habits, late nights, & sedentary life, caused him to be 10kg overweight, and he was constantly fatigued.
Marcus settled on yoga, perceiving it as the easy way of getting a workout. Yoga, originally intending for it to be a form of workout, became a daily desperate need; the 2hours of pure focus, breathing & movement was the sanctuary he sought to prepare for the day. This practice became even more significant during the COVID lockdown. Marcus discovered deeper realizations & an improved practice. This naturally pulled him into the pursuit to be a yoga teacher.
Since then, Marcus has guided & developed students across Singapore, Southeast Asia & the US, combining technology & private classes to create a hybrid approach to teaching.
Marcus is an aspiring osetopath, certified Brain Longevity Specialist & has participated in several Isha Yoga Programs.
Marcus teaches Basic and Advanced Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Therapy, Restorative, Pranayama & Meditation.

Sophie is a physiotherapist trained in the field of feminine pelvic floor and the care of pregnant women. After years of working in health institutions, Sophie understood that today's society is gradually losing awareness of the body and mind's strength. She came to realization that prevention is now more than ever needed.
She sees Yoga as a great tool for prevention, but also a great tool for treatment. In her opinion, Yoga is a perfect example of how to acquire this body and mind awareness through specific poses, proper breath, discipline and relaxation.
Sophie decided to get certified as an instructor in 2020 in order to be able to treat in ways more than what a physiotherapist can do.
Her intention is to encourage her students to listen to themselves more, to restore strength and flexibility and to develop body and mind awareness.
Like learning an instrument, yoga and its philosophy teaches us to be in the moment, and Sophie hopes to transmit to her students the joy that this practice brings.
Sophie teaches Yin, Ashtanga and Pre/Postnatal Yoga classes, and she is currently doing her certification as a Holistic Health Coach for women.
