Staying healthy shouldn’t feel like a chore. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. We believe in finding the pleasurable side of wellness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of your physical, mental and emotional health is a journey worth embarking on. We have worked with a variety of International students, and always love adapting our classes to new clients. Our classes consists of breathwork, learning how to get into an asana safely with correct techniques, and guided meditations.
Do not worry even if you are a complete beginner, we all have to start somewhere!

Initiated by Zoei Zhang, Ohmies is a group of qualified Yoga Instructors from around the World who provides quality private classes at accessible rates.
The word Ohmies is defined as the path that symbolizes beauty, harmony, perfection, love and responsibility. Sharing the gift of yoga, let's Ohm our way together.

Providing private one on one and small group classes, both online and in person, Ohmies provides personalized classes at accessible rates.
